It looks like a great year for Texas music.  We are stupidly excited for the forthcoming Identity Thief album from Austin’s own Frogmouth.   The leadoff single, “Would You Believe”, promises some truly epic rock music coming at the end of March.  

Frogmouth consistently delivers high energy, killer riffs, and great lyrics. There are a lot of elements at play but this band is more than just the sum of its parts or an amalgam of influences.

You should also go check out “Bad at Talking” or “Not Listening” from the excellent 2023 Humor Me EP for a good idea of Frogmouth’s original blend of grunge and early punk rock.

This is one of the coolest rock bands around right now and this album is one to watch for.
